Approved Surfaces
OZWRAPS™ spray-on PPF products are intended for application on original equipment manufacturer (OEM) painted surfaces that are fully cured, clean, and in sound condition.
Surfaces must be free from waxes, sealants, ceramic coatings, contaminants, and any other protective or foreign substances prior to application.
Application to repainted, refinished, repaired, or non-OEM surfaces including but not limited to surfaces that have been recently clear coated, resprayed, or otherwise modified or to surfaces that have not been properly decontaminated may result in failure, defects, or damage. OZWRAPS Pty Ltd does not recommend application in such cases and accepts no liability for any resulting issues.
Product Suitability
Users are solely responsible for determining the suitability of OZWRAPS™ products for their intended application. It is strongly recommended that testing be conducted on a small, inconspicuous area prior to full application. Minimum dry film thickness of 150 microns must be achieved through correct number of coats as per application guidelines. OZWRAPS Pty Ltd accepts no liability for performance issues arising from insufficient film build.
Surface Compatibility
OZWRAPS Pty Ltd accepts no liability for damage, defects, or unsatisfactory results arising from incompatibility with existing paints, coatings, finishes, substrates, or previously applied products.
No Guarantee of Specific Results
Finish quality, durability, and appearance are dependent on variables outside the control of OZWRAPS Pty Ltd, including but not limited to substrate condition, environmental conditions during application, and installer technique. No specific outcome is guaranteed.
Professional Use Only
OZWRAPS™ products are intended for professional use only by qualified installers with appropriate facilities and experience. The consequences of improper application can be severe to both the vehicle and the health of the applicator. OZWRAPS Pty Ltd accepts no liability for outcomes resulting from non-professional or improper application.
Health and Safety
OZWRAPS™ products may contain solvent-based chemicals. Users are responsible for compliance with all applicable workplace health and safety laws and regulations, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment and adequate ventilation during application and curing. OZWRAPS Pty Ltd accepts no liability for health or safety incidents arising from improper handling or misuse of the product.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law, OZWRAPS Pty Ltd excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage to vehicles or property, loss of use, or loss of profits) arising from or in connection with the use or application of its products.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, at the option of OZWRAPS Pty Ltd, to the replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price.
